YC-B Printed / Embossed Napkin Folder (4 colors) is for the production of square or rectangular napkin paper. The parent jumbo rolls which have been slitted into the desired width are calendared, printed, dried, embossed and automatically folded into finished products of napkins. It is featured of clear and nice printing, and it can run stable
in high speed. It is an ideal equipment for the production of top quality napkins.
The main characteristics:
1. The flexo printing unit can change the various printing patterns. Also the high quality anilox roll can guarantee the clear and nice printings on the paper.
2. Equipped with bridge-type drying tube, the hot wind qua-
ntity of which can be chosen according the printing size.
3. With the wafting control of unwinding, the speed is stable, also it is safe and convenient.
4. Equipped with alarm, which will ring when cutting and stopping, also with the equipment of tick moving.
5. The calendar equipment adopts steel and neoprene rolls.
6. This machine is equipped with steel and wool-cloth rolls, which can emboss in a certain temperature. The embossing patterns is according to the customer's requirement, choosing steel and rubber rolls or steel and steel rolls.
