A、For paper width up to 2700mm to make bathroom tissue, kitchen towels and industrial rolls up to 300mm diameter. Equipped with variable perforation length system to satisfy any length need. The speed of this rewinder is up to 325m/min, 6 cycles per minute, including:
★Two steel to rubber or steel to paper embosser units.
★Two or three backstands, with a double or three belt driving system, for jumbo rolls up to 1500mm diameter, and with a pneumatic loading of jumbo roll system.
B、This ULTRA Economical line will automatically change logs and unload the finished products, and automatically trim and seal the tails of the logs, leaving a lip about 20mm to make it easy for consumers to start using the rolls without tearing the paper at the seal.
C、All the driven system to be by means of timing belts, nylon belts and gears, for years of free maintenance. Electrical eyes will be mounted on the different parts of the line to monitor the machine and stop it in case it runs out of paper, cores or any other unforeseen problems. The lubrication systems will be provided on the major parts of the line.
D、The motor power is 7.5kW. Variable frequency control depending on the final specifications and requirements.
E、This line is to be controlled by a PLC of your choice.
Options：
★Glue Application system: This unit will apply a light amount of glue on the paper after embossing,to stick the two plies together for the kitchen towels.
★Edge embossing units: To hold the two ply together in bathroom tissue, especially in the industrial rolls to satisfy the consumers.
★A set of slitters : to slit the industrial rolls if this type of products are going to be made in this rewinder with the combination of bathroom tissue and kitchen towels.
◆One 5-meter conveyor to carry the rolls from the saw to the bagger, complete with
side and center rails to guide the rolls into the bagger.
One semi-automatic ULTRA-BE-25 bagger
This bagger uses pre-made bags, up to 25 packages per minute depending on configurations.
It will automatically group the rolls and transfer them into the bags, on configuration of 6, 8 10, 12 and 16 rolls per bag, on one layer or two layers, core by core or standing up type, with one automatic sealing machine to seal the packages coming out from the bagger. This bagger can be run only by one person.
ULTRA-S90 Automatic Log Saw 90cuts/min(2 rolls at a time);Equipped with 610mm diameter blade,automatic sharpening system and 2sets of clamps,one for roll tissue and anther for kifchen towels.The infeed of the saw will receive the logs coming from the rewinder and cut to the length being required,including a discharge system to remove the trims .Automatic system to transfer the logs from the rewinder to the saw. |
